AE vs. TE: reference point
Atheistic Existentialists don't believe in god or fate or destiny of any sort. They create their own meaning in life, not finding it or wondering why they're here. Theistic Existentialists may create their own fate, but usually under the belief in God (God created their existence, but God doesn't control the people's lives).
